2016 Teachers College Cowin Financial Literacy Institute

We invite you to join us from July 11–14, for 2016 Teachers College Cowin Financial Literacy Institute, An Initiative of Teachers College, Columbia University in partnership with Working in Support of Education (w!se), sponsored by Joyce Cowin, Trustee, Teachers College. The 4-day 2016 Institute is a series of collaborative and interactive workshops on personal finance with explicit ties to standards and curricula. The Institute will be held on the Teachers College campus, but one of the four days will be hosted at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Both at TC and at the Federal Reserve, you will learn from content area experts, work with your colleagues to create customized instructional materials and walk away with several ready to use lessons. At the end of the Institute, you will have an opportunity to take W!se’s Certification Test and earn a Certification in Personal Finance if you pass.
