This survey is for Digital Mentors who are participating in the 'Digital Mentoring: Helping your community Be Connected' training delivered by the State Library of Queensland, a Be Connected Network Capacity Builder.

This survey is going to be used by your Lead Digital Mentor to gather feedback on how you found your training, as well to determine any further support you may need. Good Things Foundation, managers of the Be Connected Network, will also be able to view your responses.
