Small Steps for Big Moves - Community Stories Submission Form

Introduction

Thank you for taking action for the climate and being willing to share your story with others in the community! Each month we will enter everyone who submits their climate action stories into a prize draw, with the winner picked from a hat (i.e. at random) from all entrants. That means you can enter every month throughout the campaign just by sharing new actions you tried, lessons learned, or tips and tricks on actions you have already embedded into your day-to-day.

The winner of each month’s prize draw and submitted climate action stories will be shared via the RMOW website, Whistler Today E-news, social media channels, as well as future climate action campaigns, and resources intended to help others act on climate.

Collection notice

The personal information collected in this survey, including your name, email address, and your opinions, is under the authority of Section 26(e) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. By completing this survey, you consent to your responses being collected by a third party, Survey Monkey, which stores data on a server located in the United States and provides it to the RMOW for the purposes of gathering feedback from the public to inform future climate change programming and for the chance to win a randomly drawn prize. Your personal information will be kept by the RMOW securely for one year and then deleted from our files.
