Background
  • "Request For Comment" (RFC) is a requirement to review and an opportunity to influence proposed updates to TPS processes, guidelines, or requirements before they are finalized.
  • This survey is optional. We will not track who has participated and who has not.
  • This survey is not anonymous. If you participate, any comments, questions, or recommendations will be attributable to you so we can follow up for clarification, additional information, or individual discussion to benefits the process.
Purpose
  • In 2022 teacher surveys and meetings, one of the top teacher requests was for regular feedback on classroom teaching.
  • The requests were for feedback for improvement and sharing of good practices and creative ideas.
  • The requests were for feedback that was not used as performance appraisals related to employment continuity or opportunity.
  • This draft proposal seeks to meet these interests in a positive manner without adding excessive burden of new work.
  • The outcome of the review process will be implementation of a final plan which has been reviewed and influenced by teachers and staff.
