Aloha kākou! Mahalo nui for taking the time to comment on the draft conceptual plan for Polihale State Park.

Polihale State Park, located on the northwestern end of Mānā on the island of Kauaʻi, encompasses over 130 acres of expansive sand dunes and beaches, and extensive natural and cultural resources. It is also a place of recreation including swimming, surfing, picnicking, beachgoing, and camping, as well as fishing. State Parks has had to close the park and put a hold on camping due to recent overuse and abuse.

Based on input we received during our open houses in Kekaha and Līhuʻe, a draft conceptual master plan has been developed and we'd love to hear your thoughts on these preliminary concepts for the park.
