Please use this form to let us know about a policy issue or recommendation that you may have to improve outcomes for carers in NSW.

Carers NSW will use this information to inform our policy work, including writing submissions and providing feedback to governments.

Please do not include your name, your contact details or the names of individuals or service providers.
