Apex Trials is conducting a phase 3, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to confirm the authenticity of Point of Care (PoC) urine samples in adult persons with substance use disorder using fluorescein sodium as a marker.
The study will involve a total of 2 visits to our clinic (located in Guelph, Ontario) and 1 phone call visit over a 1 month period. This study is compensating up to $200 for your time and travel to the clinic. Total compensation will be pro-rated based on visits completed.

Please provide complete and honest answers to the questions to ensure this study is a good fit for you. All information collected will be kept confidential and will not be shared without your permission except as required by law. The questionnaire will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
