Organisations are increasingly looking to sustainability initiatives that focus on practical measures to reduce carbon emissions and generate cost savings thus satisfying the demands of customers/clients and shareholders alike.

In the next four pages you will be asked questions about your views on sustainability and on sustainability initiatives within your organisation.   Please allow five minutes to complete.

If there are questions to which you do not have an answer and cannot be found out quickly please select that you do not know or not applicable (n/a) if that is a better fit.  Answering each of the questions will take five minutes in total.  Comment boxes have been added in case you would like to contribute more.

You will also be asked at the end of the survey whether you would like to keep your answers anonymous.  Anonymity is often the cornerstone of providing answers freely and you will have the choice to make this so.
