Pets play a vital role in our lives. They are beloved companions, family members and more. At Oregon Humane Society, finding loving homes for pets in need is one of the most important things that we do. Our goal is to also serve the community and provide the best experience possible when adopting a new pet.

We know people in the Portland area love animals. However, over the past year we have seen interest in adopting medium and large dogs decline and we want to determine the cause. Your input is critical to help us reverse this trend and identify things we can do to find loving homes for dogs in need.
