New York City Department of Transportation (NYC DOT) is seeking to expand the Off-Hour Deliveries (OHD) program. The OHD program focuses on shifting truck deliveries to business from peak periods to off hours (7 pm to 6 am). As part of the program expansion, we are seeking to understand which business are currently receiving deliveries in the off hours and which would be interested in learning more about this program.
