The Australian nursery industry has identified staff attraction, retention and development as a priority to be addressed.  A project is underway, delivered by RM Consulting Group (RMCG) in partnership with Nursery & Garden Industry Australia (NGIA), to produce a clear roadmap for the nursery industry to address the attraction, retention and development of the industry’s workforce.  Funded, by the nursery industry research and development levy, the project is seeking your input to understand the extent of skills shortages within the industry as to identify a strategy to attract and retain a qualified workforce.

RMCG will independently manage this voluntary survey and ensure all responses remain confidential.  The survey will be open until Friday 30 November 2018.

Completed surveys will go into a draw to win a $200 Gift Voucher, drawn on the 10th December 2018.
