What this survey is about
This survey is about proposed changes to NSW Trustee & Guardian regulations and fees. We are inviting members of the public and key stakeholders to comment on the proposed changes. You can use this survey to give feedback.

Why we are consulting
NSW Trustee & Guardian is proposing changes to some, but not all, of its fees. 

We understand that this will impact some of our customers and we are seeking feedback on the proposed changes before they are made.

The NSW Trustee and Guardian Regulation 2017 (called “Regulations”) regulates how NSW Trustee & Guardian sets and charges fees for services. To be able to make the proposed fee changes, we will first need to make changes to the Regulations. 

We are committed to ensuring that our consultation processes are open and transparent, so we are inviting members of the public and key stakeholders to comment on the proposed changes.

All responses will be strictly anonymous. If you are making a submission on behalf of an organisation, you will be asked to indicate the name of that organisation. Your personal information will otherwise be collected in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 for the purpose of our consultation on proposed fee changes.

This survey opens on 14 September 2021 and will close on 15 October 2021.
