Rural Pathways for Newcomer Women in Grey Bruce will use the information collected to develop tools which employers and agencies can use to help visible minority newcomer women overcome barriers to employment.

2.       “Women” includes Cis-gender and Trans women whose sex assigned at birth was reported as female and whose current gender was reported as other than female; or persons whose sex assigned at birth was reported as male and whose current gender was reported as other than male.
