The North American Quitline Consortium is pleased to offer you the opportunity to register for our 2017 Conference. The conference will be held on March 20-21, 2017 in Austin, Texas. Additional information about the conference will be available here.
Registration is required and the conference is open to NAQC members and others with an interest in quitlines and cessation. Representatives of the tobacco industry are not welcome.
NOTE: Payment of registration fees can be made by check or credit card. On page 4 of this form you will find information on where to mail check payments and you will also find links to PayPal for credit card payments. If paying by credit card, please be sure to return to the survey to view the final page and submit your registration.
An email confirming your registration for our conference will be sent no later than 3-5 business days after receipt of your registration fee payment.
