Accessing Healthcare in 2016 - Survey

In the modern healthcare environment, insurance companies regularly review and change coverage tiers and policies regarding specialty medications, or 'biologic' drug coverage.

When prescription drug coverage changes are made, insurance companies notify patients that they may need to switch medications to one less expensive (based on how they've evaluated and reorganized their drug coverage policies) to avoid an increase in out-of-pocket costs. This is known as "non-medical switching". We are trying to understand how non-medical medication switching impacts the patient community and the concerns that patients have about non-medical medication switching. 

This is an anonymous survey open to U.S. residents. Upon completion, you will be asked to provide your name and email address to be entered into the raffle for one of three $100 debit cards. This is separate from your survey responses and will only be used to contact the winners.
