If you are going to be away from class for more than 2 months but less than 6 months, you can put your membership on hold.

This means that while your membership is on hold, there will be no payments deducted and you will not attend any classes.

If you have a payment scheduled just before your hold date, that payment will be deducted in full, but your next payment date will be delayed by the period that your membership is on hold.  Your accumulated classes will remain on your Zen Planner account.

You will receive an automated reminder email a fortnight before your membership is due to come off hold.  If you need to extend the hold, please respond to the email at least one week before your hold is due to end.  If you do not respond the email and a payment is deducted, we will not refund it.
