Welcome to the Moreno Valley General Plan Update online survey!

The Moreno Valley General Plan is our blueprint for how and where the City will grow in the future. It guides City decision making on a wide range of issues that affect daily life in the community from land use, transportation, economic development, to public safety and more. Our General Plan was last comprehensively updated in 2006 and since then times have changed. An update is needed to refresh the vision for the future of our community and lay out a new roadmap for achieving it.

As a first step in the General Plan Update process, we need to hear from you about what the priorities for the future should be. Please take this brief survey to share your thoughts. Note, this survey is the first of several opportunities for people who live, work, or visit the community to provide feedback and share ideas about the future of Moreno Valley and how our community should evolve over the next 20 years. This survey will remain open until February 29th.
