DISABILITY ACCESS AND INCLUSION PLAN (DAIP) REVIEW SURVEY

Do you have a Disability or know someone that has a disability and are having issues of accessing Shire facilities and Services?  Have you found accessing certain buildings difficult due to your age, or feel that you are not able to participate in events because due to your disability you have not been included?  Do you feel that due to your disability you cannot gain employment as there are no positions available to you?

The Shire of Moora is currently reviewing its Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) for the next five (5) years and is seeking assistance as to how the Shire can be more inclusive and accessible to everyone who lives or visits our Towns and uses our services.

The Shire would like the public to complete this survey as part of the Public Consultation process. The survey is open to the public until end of April after-which the review of the Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) will take place.  The survey is available electronically in hard form, if required it can be sent to you or posted to you by ringing the Shire and providing your name and address or email address.

By completing this survey you will go into the draw for a season pass to the Moora Memorial Swimming Pool worth $120.00.
