Mental Health and Well-being Program and Services Evaluation (formerly Prevention & Intervention Services)
We believe that military families know what their needs are and what works best for them, therefore our programs and services must be shaped by families. We want to know from you what works and what can be improved upon and modified. We are currently evaluating our Mental Health and Well-Being Program (formerly Prevention, Support & Intervention Services). We want to hear from military family members who have used these services and those who have not.
Mental Health and Well-Being Program and Services include: short term counselling, crisis intervention, community referrals, short-term accommodations, financial support (i.e. financial assistance fund, funds, grocery cards), emergency child care, and respite child care.
Please take a few minutes to let us know how we are doing. Your information will remain anonymous and be kept confidential. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback.
