Morgan Hill Greater Downtown Specific Plan

The City of Morgan Hill is updating its Downtown Specific Plan to align with the Metropolitan Transportation Commission's (MTC) Transit-Oriented Communities (TOC) Policy, unlocking new funding opportunities to improve our transit hub and strengthen downtown vitality. This two-year process, beginning in 2026, focuses on land use, housing, parking, and mobility in ways that directly shape the day-to-day life and economic health of our community. Throughout this process, hearing from community voices remains our top priority, and we are committed to making complex planning topics clear and accessible for all Morgan Hill residents.
