Scholarship Application
Scholarships will be offered to 20 members of QCOSS, either individual or organisational, from across the state.
Applications close Wednesday 17 July 2019 . Full terms and conditions available here.
Winners will be decided on Wednesday 24 July 2019, notified by Friday 26 July 2019 and announced publicly Wednesday 31 July 2019.
Terms and conditions
The scholarship is not exchangeable for cash.
The scholarship covers the cost of attending the conference for two days (12 and 13 September) and the QCOSS 60th Anniversary Dinner.

Terms and conditions
The scholarship is not exchangeable for cash.
The scholarship covers the cost of attending the conference for two days (12 and 13 September) and the QCOSS 60th Anniversary Dinner.
The scholarship does not cover the cost of travel, accommodation or meals outside of those provided at the conference and dinner. These costs are the responsibility of each winner.
Scholarships will be awarded at the discretion of QCOSS and the decision is final.
Media policy
The attendee grants the organiser permission to photograph and/or film and sound record the attendee and furthermore grants permission to use the resulting work (“the work”).
Use of the work shall be unrestricted as to location, quantity or frequency, may be for any purpose and in any medium whatsoever except where such use is in contravention of the law.
The organiser shall own all rights to the work which shall accrue to the benefit of his/her successors, legal representatives and assigns. Permission is granted for the work to be edited, altered, distorted, used in whole or used in part, in conjunction with other images, graphics, text and sound in any way whatsoever and without restrictions.

All prices quoted include GST unless otherwise indicated. QCOSS reserves the right to request scholarship recipients to cover additional costs that are above the indicative ceiling figures.
