2023 NCSEA Judge Ross Scholarship Application

1. Scholarship & Nominee Information

The NCSEA Judge Ross Scholarship shall be awarded to anyone within the child support community from the host state of California, who has been a manager for two years or less and is demonstrating outstanding potential to improve his or her team’s performance. The scholarship includes:

Leadership Symposium registration
Three nights hotel lodging (August 6, 7 & 8, 2023)
One year NCSEA Individual membership

Applicants must submit a statement (500 words) on how the applicant would utilize information and networking gained in the course of attending the Leadership Symposium, including how he/she would then share that information upon return to the agency. In addition to the statement, the applicant’s supervisor is required to submit a letter of recommendation, as well as a statement that, if chosen, the applicant has approval to attend NCSEA 2023 Leadership Symposium August 6-9, 2023 in Anaheim, CA.

The deadline for 2023 scholarship applications is Friday, May 5, 2023. All documentation and submissions must be submitted by that date. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
