Program Information
In the face of an unprecedented global health crisis, the services we provide to our patients and to the larger community have never been more vital. To ensure there is no disruption in care for those who need it most, IU Health supports our team members, who may be experiencing a different kind of care disruption for their families. With this in mind, we have contracted with Early Learning Indiana, a leading provider of early care and education, to provide back-up care options for IU Health employees' children from infant to pre-school/pre-K. School-aged children have other options available.
For the duration of the Emergency Back-up Childcare Program, IU Health will cover childcare for children of eligible IU Health team members to participate in the following childcare assistance programs. Team members must be required to work on site for their role to be eligible.
Please note there are limited spaces available and basic health screenings will be conducted during daily drop-off. Information on care locations and enrollment is listed below.
Additionally, a new childcare option is available to provide care for children, ages 3 through 12, who have been asked to quarantine due to exposure from a COVID-19-positive individual. This unique childcare option is intended to provide needed childcare and e-learning support to healthy children, who must test negative for COVID-19 via the rapid COVID-19 test. This test will be administered to children and staff [daily] onsite.

IU Health has contracted with Early Learning Indiana, to offer Back-up Child Care to IU Health employee families. To get started please provide the employee ID number and job title of the IU Health employee in your family below.
If you are enrolling more than one child, please complete this registration form for each child. Please note, this option is only eligible for infant to pre-K children.
