Thank you for your interest in raising a Change Request.

A change request is a chargeable service, and is required when you need the HSI Donesafe Team to review your requirements and modify your Solv system for you. This includes but is not limited to the following.
  • Bulk adding/updating/archiving new policies/workplaces
  • Adding/updating new RTWP's
  • Adding/updating custom modules
  • Integrations
  • Training
  • Account Splits/Merges
  • Data mapping/migration

Due to unprecedented demand for HSI Donesafe services, we have a large backlog of Solv Change Requests we are currently working through. We are doing our best to get through these requests as quickly as possible, however, you may experience a delay of up to 2 weeks before we can respond to your request. Thank you for your understanding.

Furthermore for any integration related requests (i.e. SFTP, SSO, Imprest files, HR data or Automatic Injury Creation via SFTP), there is currently a minimum 8-week timeframe from Statement of Work sign-off.
