The following Neonatal survey has been developed to assist in identifying your learning and development needs in order to facilitate an appropriate clinical placement.
You will need to identify how confident you are in performing certain skills. In addition to the confidence options is a "not applicable" option to most questions and may be used if your health service does not provide those aspects of care or is not applicable to your specific area of practice.
The needs that you identify should assist you in developing objectives for your clinical placement.
The responses to this survey may form part of the evaluation of the program, however the data will be reported as a group response and will not be individually identified.
