Survey Introduction

New information sharing provisions in the Oranga Tamariki Act 1989 (the Act) came into force on 1 July 2019. These provisions allow greater information sharing between child welfare and protection agencies which are defined in the Act.

As part of a child welfare and protection agency, you are invited to share your views and experiences working with the new information sharing provisions by completing this survey.
Your feedback will help Oranga Tamariki – Ministry for Children understand how the new information sharing provisions are working in practice and if there are ways they can better support you to use them.

It doesn’t matter if you haven’t heard of the new provisions, or if you haven’t used them yet, all feedback is valuable.
