A Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) plan provides a benchmark for the future and a context for planning based on the region’s strengths and weaknesses. The document will allow local governments to work both individually and together to make the region successful.

The Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) answers the following four questions about Indiana 15 Regional Planning Commission:
  • Where are we?
  • Where do we want to be?
  • How do we get there?
  • How are we doing?

This process will provide a vehicle for individuals, organizations, local governments, institutes of learning, and private industry to engage in a meaningful conversation and debate about what capacity-building efforts would best serve economic development in the region.

The Indiana 15 region includes the counties of Perry, Dubois, Spencer, Orange, Crawford, and Pike.
