Welcome to the RFP Submission Form

Thank you for your interest in leading a virtual session during the 27th Annual Inclusion Works! Conference. 

You should use this submission form to demonstrate that your virtual session will contribute to the working knowledge of participants in evidence-based inclusion practices for students with disabilities who receive special education services and build Conference participants' capacity to support all students with disabilities in the general education setting. Sessions are 75 minutes. Time should be allowed for participants to ask questions and complete session feedback surveys.

Proposals must be submitted online via this SurveyMonkey. You may submit proposals for multiple sessions. Educators, related service providers, administrators, paraprofessionals, families, and self-advocates are encouraged to apply. Selected speakers will receive $500 for leading a session and free attendance to the virtual conference. All proposals will be acknowledged as received. A panel will review proposals. The deadline to apply is Friday, June 19, 2020 at 11:59PM central standard time. All accepted submissions will be notified by July 17. Submitting a proposal represents a commitment to present, if accepted. 

We will judge proposals based on the following criteria:
Quality: Your proposal should be clear, complete, and persuasive.
Value: Your session should include practical tools and evidence-based practices. Offer concrete ideas that can be adapted for and implemented in schools. Provide information about templates, worksheets, or other tangible takeaways as part of your proposal. 
Creativity: Explain how you may incorporate opportunities for audience engagement in an e-learning environment.
Relevance: Demonstrate that your proposal is addressing current issues.
