Registration Overview

Thank you for your interest in this training! We are excited you will be joining us to learn about Creating Accessible Training and Technical Assistance in Decatur, GA.

This training will run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on August 14th and August 15th, and the last day of the training, August 16th we will plan to end at 3:00 p.m. The information below explains the registration process.

Please take a moment to review before registering. During the registration process, you will be asked to provide your contact information, anticipated travel dates, lodging requirements, and accommodation needs. This information will help us with our planning process and also will help in cases of emergency.
      
We will also ask about your accommodation needs, including  alternative formats and interpreting needs. By providing us with this information in advance, you are helping us to ensure the accessibility of this meeting. We will do everything we can to respond to on-site requests, on-site requests cannot be guaranteed.
   
We have arranged to hold a block of rooms at the Courtyard Atlanta Decatur Downtown/Emory. If you will be requesting an ADA or Deaf/HOH room at the hotel, we would like to know. We will use this information to help ensure that the hotel meets your requests and will be used for verification purposes only.
