ICE2021 Pre-Event Preferences

Due to the ever changing global pandemic and restrictions on international and business travel, the organizing committee will be assessing the option to offer either a face-to-face program with the possibility of including a hybrid (combination of virtual and face-to-face) program, or allowing a limited number of presenters to pre-record their presentations for the event.

Registration fees will be finalized by March 15, 2021 when registration officially opens. Anyone presenting, whether oral or poster and regardless of being in-person or virtual, will be required to register with payment made in full by June 1, 2021. We anticipate registration fees ranging from $200 USD to $600 USD with reduced rates for full time students and virtual attendees. Additional add-on fees may posted for in person attendees if we are able to host receptions, dinners, and/or field trips.
