An Organized Symposium is a series of presentations that addresses aspects of a single topic or theme. Symposia will run concurrently with other technical sessions. Other formats will be considered, such as a panel, roundtable, or a debate, and symposium organizers will have flexibility in the timing of their talks. Attendance is open to all conference registrants.
Responsibilities of Symposia Organizers
Organizers are responsible for coordinating with the Program Committee, planning their sessions, selecting instructors/presenters, moderating their sessions, and meeting all deadlines.  US-IALE does not pay registration fees, travel expenses, or honoraria for symposium organizers or presenters. All organizers and invited speakers must register for the conference.
