Introduction Letter

To All Employees:

You are participating in an employee opinion survey. We conduct this type of survey every year to provide you with an opportunity to communicate your opinions about employment at HSWC.

The survey is being conducted using Survey Monkey with a link posted on our Head Start website. This process is COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS. There is no way to trace who responds a certain way.

We view the annual employee survey as an essential piece of the planning process. It is an opportunity for you to be heard and gives management your feedback and input to use in planning for the next year.

Employee input is important! The following changes have been made as the result of previous surveys:
Benefits to part-time staff; number of all-staff meetings, greater benefit selections; performance-based evaluations; holiday gala.

The survey results will be reviewed in August at the Employee Pre-Service Meeting.
