Welcome to the basis of this proprietary Wellbeing Works Florida (WWF) Success Tool©. Your roadmap to Wellbeing Success. Also a route for enhancing or starting your own worksite wellness program.

There are 26 statements within this WWF Success Tool©. Answer each statement as direct and thoroughly as possible. You will see a pattern develop. Now you are becoming your own worksite wellness expert.

No such thing as right or wrong answers. Each culture is different. Answer with the most direct and relevant information you have today. Then watch the Success Tool© change as you review each step. Whether you opt for culture shift or choose for just Tobacco Free Florida visits to discuss best approaches and practices for tobacco-free policies, workplaces or cessation programs at no charge to you, you are building, enhancing, and customizing your own onsite wellbeing program.

This Success Tool© is a work in progress. Dynamic and fluid, it allows for twice a year tracking. Within the tracking you will see not only specific wellness developments at your company/organization, but also most importantly culture shifts. These shifts are directed towards overall employee wellbeing.

All answers are given numeric values. Gold, silver and bronze cumulative points are compiled in 2019.
