SACRS Hotel Waiting List Fall 2025

If you are unable to reserve a room at the host hotel and want to be added to the hotel waiting list, please submit your request by filling out this form. Placement on the waiting list does not guarantee a reservation. As rooms become available we will assign to attendees on the list in the order received. Only one name/attendee information per submission is allowed. Enter only the nights NEEDED. If the attendee has a partial reservation, enter the nights you were unable to reserve. SACRS will contact you in Mid-October closer to the event dates.
