Giving feedback is one of the training topics I get the most requests for within my "Working Better Together" / team building work. To give feedback that is effective and able to be heard, there are four important steps.
This survey will help you discover which of the steps is your favourite and which you may be missing.
The survey takes 1 minute to complete and is based on the work of Chip and Dan Heath, in their wonderful book "The Power of Moments."
