Brett Jenkins & Line Dance Travel arrange travel arrangements only. I do not accept liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those airlines, coach operators, shipping companies, hoteliers or other persons providing services in connection with your tour pursuant to a contract between them and yourselves and over whom I have no direct and exclusive control. I do not accept liability in contract or in tort for any death or injury to any person, damage or loss to any property or otherwise (including baggage), delay, additional expenses or inconvenience sustained or suffered in or during any journey trip or tour, or in carrying out of any arrangements booked by or through it and not withstanding that its principle may be a foreign company, corporation or person and that so far as Brett Jenkins & Line Dance Travel shall not be acting as such agents, as above, it shall be deemed to be acting as agents for the passengers effecting the bookings. The booking is not transferable to any other name then what is written above under 'First Name' & 'Last Name'. The issuance and acceptance of receipts, tickets, service vouchers and/or exchange orders shall be deemed as consent by the passenger to the above conditions. All payments are non-refundable. Minimum numbers are required for this trip. If minimum numbers are not reached, then a full refund will be given. Brett Jenkins & Line Dance Travel reserves the right to cancel this trip at anytime, in which case a full refund will be given. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Brett Jenkins & Line Dance Travel also reserves the right to charge the client any fees/price increases charged by airlines, hotels and service operators (includes fluctuations in the exchange rate).
