In 2017, Homes for All supports strategic investments in bonding, housing, and services. Here’s what’s on the 2017 Homes for All Legislative Agenda:
  1. Invest in Minnesota’s Housing Continuum. Include an additional $30 million in the state budget to prevent homelessness, create affordable housing, and promote homeownership.
  2. Bond for housing. Invest $100 million to build and preserve affordable housing in Minnesota’s bonding bill.
  3. Fairness for renters. Change policy to create senior housing, require public notification of affordable property sales, and restore access to the renter’s credit for manufactured housing residents.
