Gen Forecasters Application

As a Gen Forecaster you will participate in a series of webinars and one-on-one work with AGRiP’s Generational Resident, Kim Lear, to tackle a staff recruitment or retention project specific to your pool. Together with Kim and other Forecasters you will dive deep into generational theory to build a true understanding of what it takes to create the pool of the future.
