If you don't know who we are, the FSF is the democratic organisation for all football supporters throughout England and Wales, representing more than 500,000 members made up of individual fans and affiliated supporters’ organisations from every club in the professional structure and many from the Pyramid.
We're looking to gain an insight into fans' views on discrimination, and the make-up of the matchday crowd. Depending on the responses you give there will be around 15-20 quick multiple-choice questions which should take no more than 4-5 minutes to complete.
We guarantee your email will not be added to any mailing list or receive any marketing spam as a result of filling in this survey, and reassure you that we never pass on anyone's details to third parties without their permission or consent.
