Petaluma Fair Sponsorship Opportunities

Thank you for partnering with the City of Petaluma to bring our beloved annual Fair to life! Please take a look at the sponsorship packages below and the perks you will receive for contributing at each level.

*Location to be determined by sponsorship level. Booth tenting to be provided by Sponsor and must meet criteria as defined by City staff, which will be supplied during contract or upon request. Booth must be staffed by Sponsor during hours specified by Fair (Thursday 6/19 12pm – 6pm; Friday 6/20, 12pm - 8pm; Saturday 6/21 11am – 7pm; Sunday 6/22 11am – 7pm).

**All sponsorship banners to be supplied by the Sponsor. Location to be determined by Fair staff in partnership with Sponsor. Sizes dependent on sponsorship packages and range from 3’x 6’ (medium) to up to width 5’ x 10’ length (large).

Please note: for A La Carte Sponsorships, all promotional signage must be provided by the Sponsor, and size and specs must be approved by Fair staff. Banner sizes and locations for A La Carte Sponsors will be determined in conjunction with Fair staff and based on final physical specifications of the stage, fencing, booth, or area sponsored.
