The Tri-State Learning Collaborative on Aging (TSLCA) is building a collaborative, community response to meeting the needs of older adults across Northern New England. The TSLCA is supported by seven funders across Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire and is committed to increasing the collective impact of “aging in place” initiatives through shared learning. We regularly engage over 600 people from the tri-state region through our monthly webinars and informative website and are continuously expanding our reach! We’ll also be hosting in-person regional learning opportunities twice annually and are excited to announce that the first opportunity, the Tri-State Summit on Aging, will be held on October 21st, 2019 in Concord, New Hampshire.
Expected Participants: 250-300 business, municipal, policy, advocacy, higher education and community leaders from Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont
The 2019 Spring Tri-State Summit on Aging will focus on building age friendly communities and will highlight exciting efforts across our region that value and support older people living in their homes and communities. The Summit will have a low cost registration of $55 per participant, which only helps cover the cost of food. This allows older adults on fixed incomes to attend. It is critically important to keep fees low as so many people will have travel costs. We will also provide scholarships as needed.
We are relying on sponsors and exhibitors to underwrite the cost of the Summit to make it accessible to all. Below is a list of opportunities.
