Conference VENDOR / EXHIBITOR application 2023

Please note: Now only accepting VENDOR applications. All exhibitor spaces have been filled.

Thank you for your interest in our conference. This year's event will be hosted November 29 - December 1, 2023 in Lexington, Ky at the Griffin Gate Marriott. Set up will begin Wed 9a. The conference will end around 2p on Friday. We generally have about 500 participants.

You will be contacted by etamas@kasap.org to advise if your application has been accepted. If accepted, you will be asked to submit any payment due at that time. Please contact etamas@kasap.org with any questions.
