1. Head Start Parent Survey

Please take a few moments to click on the answer to each statement that best describes your feelings about the Program. The Parent Survey needs to be completed by December 21st, 2012. Use the space provided at the end of the questions to type any recommendations you might have. Thank you.

Your name and answers to the questions will not be identified individually. All answers will be combined to represent parent satisfaction as a whole for each Head Start classroom. The survey results will be shared with staff, partnerships, Policy Council and other entities as necessary.
