PURPOSE: The purpose of the study is to survey educational/academic/faculty developers around the world to gain a current picture of the field and of respondents’ engagement with their own professional development.
FORMAT OF THE STUDY: Anonymous online survey.
TIME REQUIRED: Approximately 10 minutes.
RISKS: There are no known risks associated with this study.
BENEFITS: There are no direct benefits to you for participating in this research study.
INCENTIVES: You will receive no payment for participating in the study, nor will you incur any costs.
SOURCE OF SUPPORT: None.
CONFIDENTIALITY: The survey itself is anonymous. As a result, the researchers are unable to remove your data after you have submitted it. Human subjects research regulations require that data be kept for a minimum of three (3) years. When the research study ends, all identifying information will be removed from the data, or it will be destroyed. All of the information you provide will be confidential.
