Thank you for applying to Seattle Chamber Music Society’s Adult Chamber Players. Please complete this application in full. If you are applying as a pre-formed or partially pre-formed group, each member still must submit an application separately.

Note: You may use the same audition video link if you are in a pre-formed group.

The early application window is open until Monday, August 10, 2026. Fees will increase on Tuesday, August 11. The submission deadline is Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

Your application is considered complete when you have 1) selected "Done" at the end of the application AND 2) completed payment. Your application will not be reviewed until both of these steps are completed.
