The St John NT Excellence Awards celebrate and recognise paramedics, volunteers and staff who demonstrate exceptional leadership, professionalism and compassion in their roles serving our organisation and the community.

Please complete one nomination form per nominee, providing as much detail as possible as to how the nominee meets the criteria.

The judging panel will also consider the nominee’s engagement with St John NT, participation in its programs and initiatives, and their ability to demonstrate the organisation’s values: Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, and Empathy.
