Durham West Arts Centre User Survey

Hello!  The City of Pickering and Durham West Arts Centre Foundation are working with Webb Management Services to assess demand for a new arts centre.  As an important member of the community, and as a potential user of new facilities, we invite you to participate in a brief survey to help us understand if and how you might use spaces that may be included in the centre.  All responses will be confidential.
