Why this survey

Our recent Design Thinking Competency Model survey more than 70% of people identified "Values" as an important component. The leads to the followup questions "Why include values?" and "What values?" These are the questions we are exploring in this survey.

What is a Competency Model?

Competency Models provide structured information about the capabilities needed to perform work in a specific context. They are used to help organizations and individuals understand the skills, behaviors and tasks required to make meaningful contributions while understanding what capabilities are needed to build new capabilities.
