Stone Oak Country Club has historically been a supportive community partner to many various organizations around the greater Toledo area. We would like to formalize our giving process to make it easier for those requesting and to create parity in selecting which organizations to support.
 
NEW IN 2024: All donations will be awarded by drawings - held quarterly. Drawing dates are: March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, and December 1st. 
 
Rules:
All donations must be used as auction items, not raffles. 
Recipients may only win once per year
Priority is given to new organizations (those that did not win in the previous year)
Priority is given to organizations with ties to SOCC Members
Drawing entries do not roll over for non-winners. 
All recipients will be notified via email and must pick up the certificate at SOCC within 7  days of notification.
 
Stone Oak Country Club, as a 501(c)7 organization does not receive any tax benefits from donations given. 
 
The value of one round of golf for four with carts is $500.
