Recognize Someone Having A Positive Impact In Our Schools

Each day, students and their families inspire the staff of the Vinton-Shellsburg Community School District (VSCSD) to improve lives through our teaching, by providing safe transportation, nutritious food, and excellent learning opportunities in and out of the classroom.

The Difference Makers In Action program is an opportunity to express appreciation for a specific staff member who has made a positive difference for you, your student, your family, or our community. Sharing the story of a teacher, paraeducator, food service provider, bus driver, administrator, or community member, who has been a Difference Maker for you or your family encourages all of us to make a difference for our young people.
